Went in for 1 of 2 free oil changes I received with my new certified pre-owned Sierra. Experience felt like a time share presentation. Have only put a few thousand miles on the truck since purchase, service rep made it sound like I needed $1000 worth of up sales to make it run for a few thousand more, because I purchased it from another dealership. Would have been nice to have a loaner vehicle or shuttle, but they couldn’t help that. Service representative said I had to answer the survey with all “Extremely Satisfied” responses or he would lose his job and I wouldn’t get a $100 credit for my next visit. Have received two calls\voicemails from the dealership making sure I was “Extremely Satisfied”. I will never go back to the GMC dealership in Collierville, TN.

Autos have changed considerably since I last bought a truck 12 years ago. I still have much to learn about my new Chevy Colorado. There are buttons on the back of the steering wheel I still need to figure out. I think they are audio controls. If so, I will figure those out when I figure out how to set stations on the radio. Anyway, the radio was not what I would consider a selling feature. I'll figure it out in time. At the dealership, the salesman and I did a thorough walk around of the truck followed by a test drive. Perhaps, I could have used a few more minutes looking over the digital display and dash features.

It was nice. I got there at 9:15 and I was finished around 11:45. The price was not too bad. They did try to charge $89 for an air filter replacement… I did not like that. 7/10 Not my worst service, but there are some things to fix. I saw my car was finished at least 15 minutes before I was called. I do understand it was a busy morning but I think there is room for more efficiency in there. Also don’t charge $89 for air filter replacement.

I had an awesome experience at the dealership. Steven Burns was my salesman, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He was very friendly and talkative whilst also being very quick, efficient, and thorough which set the tune for a comfortable experience right from the start. I had been to several dealerships prior. They were helpful in the beginning, but would seemingly begin to turn a blind eye when things weren’t quite falling into place. I was left feeling disheartened. Steven reached out to me, and I decided to give Sunrise a chance. I told him my financial wishes up front and he got to work and did not falter or miss a beat. He did everything possible to make sure I left the dealership satisfied, and I definitely did. I left the dealership in the car I wanted. Steven made sure I did not have to settle for less. In the meantime, I was also offered water and snacks by various other team members. I am confident that the entire sales team at Sunrise simply strives for you to have an awesome experience. With that being said, I definitely will be back at Sunrise for any car purchasing endeavors in the future.

I’m very dissatisfied with the protocol Sunrise currently has in place. I was notified about a recall on my vehicle and promptly scheduled an appointment. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the necessary part was not available. I was then told I would need to leave my vehicle so it could be inspected and the part ordered. This process is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient. As a customer, I expect a more organized and considerate approach—especially for a recall issue. Sunrise does not offer loaner vehicles or shuttle services, which only adds to the inconvenience. I had to take a vacation day just to make the appointment and arrange for family to help me get to where I needed to be. Now, I’m left waiting for the part to arrive, and I’ll have to go through the same hassle again to bring my vehicle back in. If customers are scheduling appointments for specific recall-related repairs, it’s reasonable to expect that the necessary parts would be available. Maintaining a healthy stock of recall parts should be a priority. That said, I do want to acknowledge Rob—he was professional, courteous, and did his best to explain the situation. He provided the clarity and expectation-setting that should have been communicated before I brought in my vehicle.

I had an oil change and tire rotation an balance. After picking Mt car up I had to turn around and go back because my car was vibrating badly. After that fix, I had to turn around and go back for the 2nd time because my car was still vibrating. The 3rd time my car was fixed and not vibrating. This is the 2nd time that I have had problems with the service. I ordered some mats for my car and paid for them. I had to make 4 trips to the dealership because the wrong mats was being ordered, even when the stock number was provided. I live 25 miles away from the dealership. This was expensive just for mats. Service maintenance team needs to pay mor attention to the work they are performing. However on a positive note, Rob is awesome.

In late May, I had to leave my car at the dealership for repairs because my radio screen went black, and my factory warranty was about to expire. It took 8 days just to diagnose the issue. Since I live alone and needed transportation for work, I had to rent a car, which cost me $600. Now that my factory warranty has expired (June 10, 2025), I’ve decided I’ll never return to this dealership. It’s unacceptable that it took over a week just to determine the problem. Once the issue was diagnosed, the part needed to be ordered. In the meantime, I was able to pick up my car and drive it while waiting for the part to arrive. However, after several days without hearing from the dealership, I called them on a Monday and learned that the part had arrived the previous week—but no one had called me to schedule a return visit. I made an appointment to bring my car back for the replacement screen to be installed. Unfortunately, during the installation, the technician damaged the interior trim around the radio. The dealership then had to order replacement trim, and now I have to bring my car back yet again to have that fixed. Thankfully, the trim repair will only take 30 minutes, so I can wait while it’s being done. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. The delays, lack of communication, and damage caused during the repair process have left me with no desire to ever use this dealership again.

Took my 2024 GMC SIERRA for oil change / rotation on 6/16 at 9:15 dropped off with Jeff. Jeff call said truck was ready .paid for service, started to drive off noticed truck acted like it was miss firing. Got on 385 truck not shifting correct , would not excelerate smoothly. Got off on poplar pulled over. And a Huge ball of blue/ gray smoke came out of pipe, Called Jeff he said come back, didn’t think I would make it back . Truck running terrible. Got back to Sunrise , Jeff called some man from the service department, took truck back , they said it had way to much oil in motor. Said they drained oil and put correct amount in motor. I ask Jeff for paperwork showing what they had done , he said no paperwork. I ask what if this problem might caused damaged to my motor that would show up later on Jeff said just bring back if any problem But if some problem does happen later on I don’t have any paperwork showing what happened Jeff has always done a good job , but I feel there should’ve been some type notes/ paperwork showing someone had put around 3 qts to much oil in my truck. It did drive ok on way back home but it still leaves me wondering if some damage will show up down later on. NOT VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED . Not sure I will bring truck back to Sunrise/ Collierville for service.

The service team, Rob Reynolds in particular, was a 5 star and he is very knowledgeable and communicative. However, the problem I had resulted in me coming back and forth from the dealership at least 5 times. This started several months ago and the parts were not available and when it was "fixed", turns out that the problem was not fixed. To add to this frustration, having no shuttle services to get you back and forth is concerning. Also, no loaner cars? This is on a new car, under 5,400 miles. When I scheduled the oil change for my Chevrolet Equinox I was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait while the service was preformed, to my great surprise, the wait was less than an hour. Jeff Holland, as usual, was courteous, friendly, but also professional. When I tried to use the GM Rewards to pay part of the bill, there was a problem with getting my account number to access my points. The young man who was helping me to check out tried to help, but unfortunately, I was unable to gain access. He helped me in every way possible, and he even called his supervisor to come assist. Together we worked to gain access but were unable. I was having a "come apart", but they were kind, helpful and understanding. I wish I could remember their names, because they certainly went above and beyond in trying to help me.

I felt intimidated by my service advisor, Jeff. Upon checking in, I presented a coupon which had expired on 5/18. I did not realize the coupon for 6 qt oil change & tire rotation for $124.80 was expired. The advisor, Jeff said they didn't have such coupon out, but I showed him the coupon from this dealership and location-then he said it had expired and he could not use it. Then I showed him another bonus coupon. My amount was going to between $200-299, he told me I could not use 2 coupons at the same time since he was going to use my $15 certificate - I told him I knew I couldn't use both, the $20 was more than the $15. I asked the cashier if she could ask the manager about the coupon. She said he said I could not, then later I found out the manager Tony Roberson was on vacation until Monday and Jeff said he was the assistant manager and the cashier couldn't do anything, I wasn't trying to get the cashier to do anything I was just telling her what I was talking about not "intimidating" her as Jeff was stating as he came back in the room while I was talking to the cashier. Therefore I don't know what "manager" said he couldn't let me use the coupon since this person did not come out just advisor Jeff.

The service advisor was very curt. I had a check engine light and when I told him we have an extended warranty. He asked which and I told him. His first, comment was very sarcastic and condescending. He said, "Well you picked the best one in America, didn't you!" Then he proceeded to tell me horror stories about the warranty company. He told me he'd follow up, buy didn't. I had to call to get a status. In addition, he forgot about the tire sensor problem. I had to remind him that needed to be fixed as well. A great response would have been, "We'll be happy to file that for you." It seems like actual customer service training would be appropriate at Sunrise.

After waiting there for 4 hours when i noticed 2 of my chrome lug nut covers were missing. I had washed the car a couple of days earlier they were there. My car only has 16000 miles so is not driven a lot. I returned to the dealer and Jeff pulled up the video and tried to show they were missing when I came in. I was not able to tell anything from the video so I don’t know how he could. And supposedly your dealer doesn’t carry these covers anymore. I feel like they were not put back on car at the dealer. I will not be returning.

I just think from a customer service view, 3 hours for just an oil change is ridiculous. I was told it was a “Monday” and Mondays are extremely busy. Very disappointed in my experience at Sunrise this day. Service tech seemed very distracted and moving on to next person instead of listening to what I was saying. Said putting additives in gas and oil. I said I didn't need the additives due to using non ethanol gas. The additives were placed in my car anyway and I was charged for both. Did not explain any of the cost. Car was ready and placed in pick up area. I waited and waited 30 minutes and no one notified me that my car was ready. I went in little office where cashier was and ask if my paperwork had been brought in she told me in a very sharp manor that I could go sit back down and my Service person would contact me. I explained that the car was sitting out there for 30 min. and ask would she check and she said NO very rudely and said your tech will contact you, I'm sure he is busy. Talk about frustrating and being treated rudely. The girl and I say that lightly because she was young was very disrespectable. She just kept stapling things together. NOT ONCE offered to check. Finally after an hr I went to the Service Tech Desk and he was a rude. Said I sent you a text and tried to call you. Not one missed call or text from him. I showed him my phone. Once I got in my car to leave guess what the text came through after the fact. Felt like service advisor was calling me a liar. I ask about the additives and he said I told you we would put those in there. I am a senior citizen and to be treated such disrespect was humiliating and do not appreciate it. I will be taking my car to another dealership for service in the future. FYI: I have worked for the #1 Athletic and fitness company in the united states for 43 yrs and not once would I have ever treated anyone with disrespect like that. My company employees over 3000 ppl in the Memphis Mid South Area. We have a platform here that we can post experiences with outside vendors of any type on. I have posted this experience on our platform in order to help others try to avoid this type disrespect. We have a Matter of Respect classes here as a reminder how to treat others. Maybe this is something that you all need to adopt!!!!!!!!

Arrived for recall repairs. That was done however, a inspection was preformed while at Sunrise. I received a text message concerning two issues. To repair both issues would be $2300 ÷/-. I will have both issues taking care of for less that $1100. At Reliegh Tire in Olive Branch. Also, when I arrived to get my vehicle I was told I would have to get my keys from the service rep that I first spoke with. He was with another customer. I asked another service rep if he could help me and I was told I would HAVE to wait. I did finally get my keys with help form a polite young man at the cashier's area. Your pricing is completely out of line. Your service rep are short and abrupt. And lastly I do not or will ever HAVE to be talked to in such a disrespectful manner.

I took my vehicle in for an electrical diagnosis, after trying to be convinced to have the transmission diagnosed for double the amount. I took my car to Coleman Transmission for a diagnostic before bringing it in and was told that there wasn’t anything wrong with my transmission. The service advisor did a scan on my vehicle and 1st told me that the codes wasn’t reading and wanted to know why did Coleman Transmission delete the codes. I told him that I had no knowledge of that, but I would call to find out why. He told me that there was no need to call them and we went back out and mysteriously the codes appeared. I didn’t hear anything back until I called and left a message for the advisor to call me about my vehicle. He called later that day and told me that the technician and another technician drove my car and couldn’t find anything wrong other than a whining noise coming from the transmission which wasn’t true. The sound has been there and I was very knowledgeable of the noise and it wasn’t the transmission. I was told that it would cost me 185 for electrician to perform a diagnostic. When I picked my car up I paid 235.00 and when I asked for a copy of the diagnostic I had to beg for the report only to find out that it was dated for the same morning that I brought it in and the same exact time. This tells me that there was no diagnostic really done on my vehicle however I was charged as if it was. I would really like for someone to take a look at this situation. I will be reaching out for some advice on this situation and help on what I should do about the dishonesty. Coleman Taylor, and Auto Zone scanned my vehicle for no charge however your service advisor scanned it while I stood there and watched which cost me 235.00.

My experience was terrible. I brought my vehicle in because I was experiencing what I thought was an electrical issue with the headlights. After speaking with advisor Jeff Holland I thought I might need an electrical inspection but it would take over a week to get my vehicle diagnosed. I asked Jeff to have a new battery installed and advised I would return at a more convenient time to have the vehicle inspected and serviced. Believing that he would replace the battery with the same type I arrived to find the bill for the battery replacement was almost $600.00. 200 of which was for the labor. When I asked why the battery charge ea so much higher than any previous battery change i have ever purchased in my life he became very defensive and told me i didn’t ask him the price i just asked to change the battery. I guess when you ask for a service it is the policy of the dealership to make sure it charges you for the most expensive service available to up charge customers. Also when I inquired about how much a headlight bulb replacement would cost and how much an individual bulb costs for my vehicle, I was met with a barrage of deflective answers that and told I would have to contact the parts department. I have been a customer for years and spent thousands of dollars at this dealership but never in my life have I ever been lied to my face so blatantly about servicing my vehicle. The service department is dishonest, manipulative , and frankly terrible a last it always seems my vehicle comes back in worse condition than when I brought it in. I will never visit this dealership again for any reason and highly recommend to everyone to find a different place to service your vehicle. It quite literally is a scam and the work is subpar. When you don’t go right along with what the advisor recommends they will up charge you to make sure they get their quota no matter how long you have been a loyal customer. I am extremely dissatisfied and appalled by their business practices.

Oil change was a 5-star. Jeff Holland was a 5-star (as always). The only thing that surprised me is when I was asked 'Are we rotating the tires today?' To which I replied, "Don't you always do that with the oil change?' I was informed that tire rotation is now a charge by itself. When told that the tire rotation now adds an additional $50 to an already high bill, I opted out of that. I have had the oil changed at Sunrise since the truck was purchased from Sunrise but I may have to find a new place that has tire rotation INCLUDED (which it should be). Other than that, no complaints.

This is the second time my new truck has been in the shop. This time it was in for 20 days. I had trouble tracking the status of the work during this visit. After one week, I called to check on progress. The service rep told me that I would know when something with my truck changed when he knew, and I should watch the app. After two weeks, I stopped by the dealership in person to discuss repairs with my service representative. He had no information for me other than my truck was "on the docket." Again, he pointed me to the app. He even turned his computer screen to show me a spreadsheet and started to give me a lecture on how an app works. We were in the same building as the mechanics, and yet, he either wasn't allowed to or refused to ask about my truck's service. For a status update, I had to ask to speak to a supervisor. This boss was able to tell me my truck had been driven multiple times to diagnose the intermittent engine issue. The truck's malfunctioning air conditioner, however, had not yet been worked on. At least, this report let me know my truck was not just sitting on the lot waiting to be looked at. The status update let me know I needed to renew my rental car contract. Warranty work on my auto was completed free of charge. However, three weeks of car rental is expensive. The service-tracking app changed status twice: the day after I dropped off my truck, and 19 days later, when, repairs were complete.

I had $7,000 worth of repairs done to my vehicle. I kept taking it to the dealership, and they kept saying there was nothing wrong. I took it back a week ago; now it's misfiring, and the fuel injection throttle body needs cleaning. Now the camshaft is gone bad. They still charge me $259.00 for the technician to tell me what I already complained about.

I came in with an issue - a KNOWN ISSUE and you did not do what was needed to be done. If you look at the Service Bulletin there is a 4 step process that needs to be done. That was not even offered to me - the only option was a $3100 total replacement. Absolutely ridiculous that you don't even follow GM rules.

I had an “appointment” for 7:30am. I received email and text indicating my appointment had moved to 10:30am. However, I got a call from the service department instructing me it was a system error and to still show up at 7:30. I arrived on time at 7:30. In addition to oil change I had given okay for mass air flow filter cleaning and tire balancing. The tire balancing was not performed due to a machine issue I later was told. However, I was still at the dealership until noon. It took 4.5 hours for an oil change. I was never proactively communicated to by my service advisor, Rob. I had to go approach him after about 3.5 hours for an update. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous to take so long for simple service especially when an appointment was scheduled in advance. This dealer needs to resume shuttle service for customers if they’re not going to be able to service vehicles in a reasonable time frame for the services requested. In no world should an oil change and tire rotation result in a 4.5 hour wait.

This will be my first and last time going to Sunrise Chevrolet on Houston Levee. I had a horrible experience with them for two weeks. I went in on January 3 to get an oil change and one of their inexperienced worker stripped my oil plug. I was told by Jeffrey Holland that I would have to get a whole new oil pan, which I refuse to pay because it was their worker that did the damage. He told me there's nothing he can't do but contact the sales manager on Monday, January 5, 2025. No oil change was done. Mine you, they were the only company that performed my oil change. On Monday, tried contacting the sales manager, and he never returned my call. On Tuesday, I tried contacting him again twice and no response. I the called Jeff Holland that evening and he stated he will give him the message. No return call that day. I called Jeffrey the next day, Wednesday and he stated that he spoke with the sales manager and decided they will replace the oil pan at no charge, plus perform the oil change. I brought my car in on Monday, January 12 to have the work done. It was said by Jeffrey to leave the car for three days. Jeffrey then called me on Tuesday saying that the work was completed however there were other problems. I refuse other services he recommended. He call me the next to pick up the car. I went to pick it up on Wednesday to find out nothing was done. He claims no oil pan installed but a new plug was put in. No oil change was done. left me high and dry. if a new plug was put in, are you telling me you poured the oil back in my car??? I am appalled and seeking legal assistance regarding this issue. So much more i need to say if I can speak with the General Manager or Corporate office

My service advisor was out sick and no one keep me updated, after 2 days I reached out to him via personal cell he told me to call and ask for Trey, when I did so (1/16/26), the person answering the phone said that everyone was busy and they would call me back later...I have never received a call back. Sean did text me Tuesday 1/20/26 (5 days after my call looking for Trey) telling me my truck was ready, when I questioned were they sure we got everything fixed since I was just in for the same issues 6 weeks earlier he text back " the only 100% is death and taxes"....really ???? When I got back in town and went to get my truck on 1/21/26 it was returned covered in bird droppings, of course no offer to clean the truck for me. Additionally, my mileage was 300 past the due date for an oil change (which coincidentally was last done by your dealership) when I asked did y'all happen to do the oil change and just not change the sticker, I was told "no, you didn't ask us to do that"

The sale person was fine. The amount of time spent at the dealership over all was ridicules. It was well over an hour between filling out the credit information and actually getting numbers back from your financial group and then it was another hour waiting for them to get the paperwork done. Not an issue if the dealership was busy, but we sat right that outside the finance office and watched groups that f employees standing around talking. The overall service is not one that I will readily recommend to friends and family. If I really didn’t want the color and model we would have left.

First Robert Reynolds was great. My issue began when I made an appointment for service online for 10am on the 16th of February. When I arrived for my appointment there was no record of me having an appointment. I showed the rep my email confirmation for an appointment with David Pobuta. The rep said he didn’t know who david pobuta was. He asked if I made the appointment on line and when I confirmed that he said well thats the problem. He told me that I could wait and he would squeeze me in, but it would be about 4 hours. I had no ride home so I would have to wait and that was just too long. He offered to make me a new appointment and I agreed to 1030 on Saturday the 21 with Robert Reynolds. Rob was great, I said I would be waiting for the vehicle since I had no ride home. It took 3 hours to get my car serviced. Oil change/ tire rotation/ fuel line flush. Rob was good about keeping me Up to date and apologized for the delay, but the last time he saw me he said my truck just when back and it shouldn’t be long. 30 minutes later my truck was ready. I waited 3 hours for a 30 minute service. Not only did I waist most of my Saturday I paid nearly $600 to do it. I don’t see the value in bringing by vehicle to the dealership for service when I could have gotten similar service at Take 5 for a fraction of the price and time.

I came in for a Tire rotation and oil change. Everything was fine before that and after the tire rotation; I had a tire sensor light appear on my dash. Brought it in to have it programmed and was told that I had two tire sensors out. I brought it back to have the two tire sensors replaced and was then told that I needed all four tire sensors replaced. After 1,500.00 spent total for everything; I am really going to have to think real hard before I bring my truck back in the Sunrise shop again

Online scheduling didn't work so I had to call to make an appointment. The person over the phone was nice enough but gave me no directions for getting there or how to check in. Signage is bad when trying to get to the service entrance. Finally pull up and see three free service consultant stalls. I chose one randomly and they inform me that I need to see Sean. Sean was the only rep with someone in his stall checking in. So instead of any of the free reps helping me they told me to wait for Sean. That makes no sense. Once Sean was free I checked in and had a seat to wait. There was no communication throughout the process even though it was my first time there. After two hours I got up and asked Sean how much longer. He informed me that my appointment time is as not a guarantee of service just a check in time and he thinks they just pulled my ca back.. Why make an appointment if you don't have a reserved time for your car to be serviced? Maybe I am just used to better service with my last dealership. Anyway, about this time I see my car sitting in the service bay. It was ready and who knows how long it had been ready while I was waiting. Sean sure didn't know. I don't believe I will be back to this dealership for service overall atmosphere was flippant and it concerned with customer service.

Carlos and Daryl did an excellent job correcting what had been a disheartening experience at your service department. I went in the sales department to voice my complaint. They sent me to Daryl. I explained to him what had happened at the service department. I took my vehicle in because I could hear my breaks scrubbing and it sounded like it was coming from the front. I get a text telling me that I need rear brakes, rotors etc. they knew that the noise was coming from the rear brakes and I felt they should have corrected me since they are the service tech and mechanic, because I had explained to my service technician that i was planning on trading my vehicle as soon as I could, so I was only taking care of some things that the vehicle needed which at the time was this brake noise which was never the front brakes which they serviced anyway to the cost of 642.00. Daryl was very professional in handling my concerns. We discussed a few options. I weighed those options and decided to my vehicle as is. He put me with Carlos who did an amazing job showing me vehicle options, explaining the functions and paperwork transactions. Sunrise is fortunate to have the professionalism and caring of these two men. And this was handled on a cold rainy night I might add.

I had an appointment to bring my vehicle in for a recall. Jeff Holland informed me that he would need to keep my vehicle for a couple of days so I scheduled the appointment for Monday, March 16th because my children were out of school on spring break for the week and I informed Jeff of this. Jeff contacted me on Thursday, March 19th with a list of recommended repairs for my vehicle. He stated that they had completed the recall issue. I asked him if I decided to get all of the recommended repairs done, when would my vehicle be ready? He stated that my vehicle would be ready for pickup on the same afternoon which was Thursday. I informed him that I would need to speak with my husband. After speaking with my husband, we decided to wait on the recommended repairs. I went into the email that was sent to me and I declined all of the repairs. My husband and I later went up to Sunrise to pickup our vehicle. We were told that the vehicle wasn’t ready and that it would not be ready until the probably the following Monday(3/23/26). I then informed Jeff that this was unacceptable because I needed my vehicle back because I would have to transport my children to and from school the following week. I then informed him that he initially told me that he would only need my vehicle for a couple of days. He also stated earlier when I asked if I got the recommended repairs done that my vehicle would be ready the same day. However, I feel that since I wasn’t getting anything done, I had to wait until the following Monday to get my vehicle back. I felt that this was retaliation because I declined all of the services. If my vehicle would have been ready the same day if I had gotten the services done then it surely should have been ready if I declined the services. I expressed how extremely disappointed I was with how things were being handled and we ended the conversation. Jeff called me back about 5 minutes later to tell me that my vehicle would now be ready for pickup within the next 15 minutes. I believe that my vehicle was ready the whole time. What was supposed to be a couple of days turned into a few days and would have turned into a week if I hadn’t expressed my concerns. We will get the repairs done soon but we will NOT be using Sunrise to perform the repairs because of the bad experience we had with Jeff.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. When I brought my truck in, I was told that if the issue was covered under warranty, they would provide a rental vehicle. After the truck was diagnosed as a warranty issue, they said they would move forward with the repair. However, that’s where the communication completely broke down. My service advisor, Jeff, was polite and did respond when I texted him, but he was never able to give me any real updates or timeline on the repair. He also wasn’t able to get me a rental vehicle and suggested I contact his service manager, Tony. I called Tony multiple times and left several messages asking for an update, but none of my calls were ever returned. Once the issue was diagnosed, I asked how long the repair would take, but no one could give me any kind of timeline. The repair ended up being a hose replacement, yet throughout the process I received no clear updates on when it would be finished. Since they weren’t able to provide a rental and couldn’t tell me when one might be available, I asked if I could at least take my truck back temporarily so I could get to work. I was told that wasn’t an option, which left me without a vehicle. After a week of calling and texting trying to get information, I finally received a text saying the truck was ready—still without any returned calls from the service manager. Jeff seemed to do what he could and did respond when I reached out, but the overall lack of communication and follow-through from management, especially Tony, made this a very poor service experience. When customers rely on their vehicles to get to work, basic communication and updates should be the minimum expectation.

When I bought the car I was told the first service was included. When I arrived I was informed of 2 fluids recommended at first service, one for oil and one for gas - to the tune of ~$100. I felt and still think that step is a deceptive practice and is unethical in every way. That’s one way to lose a repeat customer! I will go back to the shop I’ve utilized for years where they are more trustworthy and valuable to me.

I called to make an appointment because the online reservations wouldn't work. Trey answered the phone and got me set up for that same day. The entire service was fast! Brought my truck in on a Monday, took 2 days to get a diagnostic check. Found out I needed a radiator, 7 more days try had me a radiator in. Everything seems to be okay with my truck, except a loud sound it wasnt making before the work. Hopefully it’s nothing. Price was very steep but hopefully it was worth it.

I am unhappy with GMC. My Sierra 1500 was recalled and now requires a higher grade of oil due to an issue during manufacturing. Instead of GMC absorbing this expense they pass it on to the consumer. Bad business. Despite this, I am giving three stars because I enjoy working with Sean Fritz. Good guy and feel like I can trust him with my vehicle.

It was a disgrace, if not criminal. I set up an appointment to fix three things on my truck. Personally talked to a representative from your dealership. My wife had to take my truck and evidently, the technician saw a way to rip her off with a diagnostic test that I didn’t ask for. He had her sign a document for the test. He knew she didn’t know what was going on and took advantage of her. She’s not the only one, because another lady got done the same way!! Also, I got sensors put on for $150.00 and y’all ask $642.00. Wow! I ask for three things to be done to my truck which should have been no more than $300-400 dollars and this technician said $6000.00+. One plastic bolt, one paint pen, and 4 sensors for $6000.00. I’m angry and disappointed that you would try to take advantage of people this way!!
